Security does not necessarily imply a monthly fee. Systems are available that can notify you of unwanted access via phone, text, email, and can provide video of that access. Even a good blast of a siren is enough to chase away a would be break-in. Combined with motion activated webcam based monitoring provides that peace of mind when you are not there.


Notifications when temperatures approach the freezing point can also be made in addition to automatically shutting down water systems.


Flooding due to broken pipes and hot water tank failure and even septic tank overflows can be minimized through notifications and system shutdowns. If the water pump is shut off, flooding is minimized.
